Appalachian Recycles

Cardboard Recycling- This is just a reminder that we do recycle cardboard on campus. Please break down your boxes and place them in the proper container or location for pick-up. This includes paperboard such as cereal boxes! We have noticed a lot of cardboard in the trash dumpsters all over campus, so please make the extra effort to recycle your cardboard!

NEW! Walkway Recycling Site- we are installing a new walkway recycling bin for bottles and cans in the courtyard area between the entrance to the library and the bookstore, so check it out!

NEW! Special Recycling Site- we have set-up a new special recycling site in the Student Union adjacent to the ATM on the first floor International Hallway. There are containers for the following items: Batteries, Inkjet Cartridges, Cell Phones, CDs & DVDs, and Plastic Grocery Bags.

NEW! ASU Recycles, in collaboration with the Student Government Association and the ASU Post Office, is excited to offer a new confidential recycling service! Look for the new confidential recycling and shredding slot in the post office for sensitive information such as bank or credit card statements or credit card applications, etc.
