  2. Proportions of rooms (small kitchen vs. large living room for 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath), inflation in prices even when paying for separate bill (January 2024)
  3. You only get one parking pass for guests per month so dont expect to have friends over if they have to drive. (January 2024)
  4. Great for laid back students; families & other nonstudents live here as well-close to multiple appalcart stops. Would recommend! (January 2024)
