Students were asked - what is the most important thing to know about this rental company?

  1. Bus routes aren’t the best.
  2. It is very expensive to live here and they pick and choose what maintenance requests to answer, no matter the seriousness. Landlord is rude.
  3. fees are added to the monthly rent (without a description). Management isn’t organized enough to charge that much for administration fees!
  4. This complex is pet friendly, quiet, and affordable for the size and quality
  5. Bavarian village is a very nice community. However, it doesn't really have a college vibe since there are a lot of families that live there.
  6. price!!
  7. It’s in a flood zone
  8. Older style units, many non-student residents, and flooding
  9. Some apartments are lower in the flood plain, so you do have to watch out for that. It's been a good experience.
  10. These units are relatively old and prone to flooding.
  11. There are weird smells, stink bugs get in easy, management sucks
  12. Bavarian Village is a great place to live for the size of the apartment and price that you are paying!
  13. a great thing about Bavarian is pets are allowed and the bus stop goes to the Health Science building and to campus.
  14. They will walk into the apartment even if u are naked in the shower. Extra fees for “repairs” the apartment description is nothing with it.
  15. A very reasonably priced complex, although a little outdated. Friendly landlord who lives just down the road.
  16. The landlords don't seem to care about any grievances. It also floods often when it rains heavily, and the laundry facility is terrible.
  17. Not the nicest looking place but the landlords are nice and they dont screw you over like many others do with fees when you move out.
  18. It is not a bad place to live. It is also not perfect. Maintenance response is fast. Parking is not the best.
  19. Some units flood and parking spots are very narrow. Some units have washer/dryer but many do not.
