  1. New appliances, but obvious rushed finishing touches. Parking lot is a nightmare. Overpriced, but if you can afford it, it's decent. (January 2024)
  2. Unfinished staircase and four floors without elevators. A dog park is a patch of dirt that's 30 sq ft. Advertises Rivers Walk's amenities. (January 2024)
