Many rentals still available for Fall 2021!

Currently, there are over 100 individual listings on our off-campus housing database:  The majority of posts are for properties becoming available in August 2021 for academic year 2021-22.  The database also includes tools for students to post sublets and look for roommates.

When looking for a place to live off-campus, it's helpful to begin by thinking about what's most important to you in terms of location, cost, and type of living arrangement.  Being clear about what you want makes it more likely that you'll end up in a rental property that's a good fit for you.

Off-Campus Student Services has begun to organize rental companies into lists based on factors that are important to students and will soon be launching a new tool to help students focus their housing search.  In the meantime, check out our Facebook page where you can see some of our lists organized by monthly rent amount, number of bedrooms, and places close to campus.
