Rental Companies join with App State and community partners for health and safety program!
On June 2, 2026, Off-Campus Student Services hosted a one-day program for rental companies focused on topics impacting student health and safety. Information and resources were shared by the Dean of Students Case Management team, the Counseling Center, Wellness & Prevention Services, Campus Police, and the Emergency Management Office. OASIS, Hospitality House, and Boone Police Department presented on community programs and response. We appreciate everyone's involvement -- including the following participating rental companies: The Standard, Cash Holdings, Boone High Country Rentals, Boone Student Living, Village of Meadowview, University Highlands, Appalachian Management, Brown Heights, Highpointe, Holton Mountain Rentals, Mountaineer Village, and Rivers Walk/ Peak of Boone -- and look forward to continuing strong partnerships that benefit our students!
