  1. The rental property is well-maintained overall. There are often discrepancies with the leasing office and the rent prices remain high. (January 2024)
  2. Rivers Walk is great overall. The main drawback is that it is expensive, but it is a great place to live. It is walking distance to campus. (January 2024)

  10. The employees are NOT trained whatsoever. Fire alarms are extremely sensitive and always going off. You will NOT get parking. (January 2024)
